Someone who accepts the money, transports and poses as a 'guardian' for the children to get them into places, make sure the kids don't flee or that the (purported) pedo doesn't try to free the kids or kidnap them themselves. Though a hotel (3-star, per Google Maps) in town would seem sus af. Usually when you hear about these kind of sex trafficking operations, they're run out of unincorporated areas or run-down parts of town. --- The name is wackyteen for a reason.
