Maybe not necessarily a big house, but a roof over their head and a little lawn to mow should be affordable for everyone, and the fact it isn't where I live is why I'm planning to move somewhere with much cheaper property. I work in a factory full-time and I don't even make enough to afford a bachelor apartment and a car, and my company is likely doing layoffs in the near future. I'm gonna start with something like a shipping container home with solar panels on it and work my way up from there.
