I like them plain, but it's really really rare that I eat them that way.

basically, I have a meat grinder so every now and then I'll buy steaks at the local butcher and then grind those into ground beef. the meat is so good that it doesn't need any seasoning or condiments. it's perfect, also it's the only time i'll eat burgers rare cus I usually make them the day that I buy the steaks.

it's kinda pricey so I don't do it too often. I can get 2lbs of ground chuck for like $7, versus just under $10 per pound for the steak.
