Multiple jokes about how she's a... I'm not sure you're following so let me help you: every character in that show is an absolutely awful person, that is the entire bit. The joke isn't the stuff they say, they are the joke. It's a joke that they think and do that stuff. This is the the same way that Tropic Thunder's blackface worked.
