We've seen her do plenty of horrible things to people she has an obsession with (Brian/Joe, and also that gay student in that one episode) In one episode she indicated that she likes to strangle stray cats. FYI, regarding the gay student, Meg has a crush on a guy who turns out to be gay AND attracted to Chris. So Meg plans on roofying Chris and convincing the guy that it is consensual so that she can secretly watch the gay guy get it on with someone. Those incidents are just off the top of my head. ...
