i work 9/80s. We work 9 hours a day, but 8 hours on Friday, and get every other friday off as a result. Its probably my favorite system ive ever worked under. That's what we had and then switched to 4/10s a couple years ago. I like the 4/10s more. I work 6 am - 4:30 pm on weekdays, which is rough, but have every Monday off. Half of us have every Friday off to make sure someone is here at all times. So for me, Friday is a very chill and relaxed day since no one is here.
