Topic	My boss FINALLY let me get rid of this ugly tile with bright blue grout

The wood looks much better and it is what I would choose in a home but the fact you said "boss" leads me to believe this might be at a business and in that case I would have kept the tiles because they would be much easier to clean if it is a high traffic bathroom. It's in an old house and we are here doing some repairs.
