You probably shouldn't be doing them daily anyway. One, a day of rest for a muscle group after using them is generally a good idea to promote healthy muscle growth and two, your shoulder muscles are pulling double duty between chest and back workouts so if you're straining them every day it's likely compromising your other exercises.
