It's extremely weird how western apologists for Netanyahu's regime deny that the regime is engaged in ethnic cleansing when its own ministers have repeatedly boasted that they're doing ethnic cleansing. It's like how some people insist that the American Civil War wasn't about slavery even though the actual Confederate leaders wouldn't shut up about how much it was about slavery - except even less credible because these things are happening and being said now, not 150 years in the past.
