% is Percent, or Per Century, or Per 100. There's also two zeros in the % symbol, as you can see, and it's signified as 0/0, as in # over #.

is Per Mille, or Per Thousand, or Per 1000. There's three zeros in the symbol, to signify that it's per 1000 vs. per 100.

is Per Myriad, or per thousand (or basis point). It's pretty neat how this works!
