So to recap thats short term and long term memory problems (multiple worms, different parts of the brain per doctors interviewed by writer of article), the dysphonia, and apparently massive self inflicted mercury poisoning from eating seafood every meal for awhile. All of these conditions can have massive issues with the brain and we have only RFKs word that he is healthy.
