Hi-Fi Rush may have won some awards but it didn't translate into sales, and neither did Ghostwire Tokyo when it was PS5 timed exclusive. Sony would have closed down their underperforming developers, and so would EA and Ubisoft. A major draw of Tango Gameworks was Shinji Mikami, the director of Resident Evil.
