i don't trust the barbell bench as a test of strength since there's just way too much you can do to cheapen the feat. eg. how much of an arch/bouncing at the bottom/grip width etc.

i can never stop laughing whenever i see powerlifting/olympic benching which is little more than a glorified competition about who can make the prettiest horseshoe back.

very decent but what you should improve is your sets and reps. forget the rigid 3x10 and always go for 1-3 reps from failure or else you won't know how you're progressing.

also, apparently the best sets for growth lies somewhere between 10-20 sets per week per bodypart so unless you do other chest exercises then you should up the amount of sets.
