If you mean in our lifetime, yes. But in all of Earths remaining eons, no. It's believed that a massive asteroid like the one that killed the dinosaurs hits earth every once in a while. I think scientists believe the dinosaur one wasn't the first of that size to hit the planet. But I'm not sure if we habe evidence of the older ones. It was too long ago.

But given enough time, Earth gets smacked from time to time, and assuming humans continue to exist into the far future, at some point our species will have to worry about this

The law of averages says we will be hit again. Unless we use science to stop it
