Hence why she said "probably not appropriate".

It being mentioned alongside (within the context of) her feeling she had been molested could make someone draw conclusions that she may not have meant about her dad.

But if she had been abused after the fact (Of showering with her dad), it could make her look back on wholly innocent situations in a new light and color those innocent situations into something else (Wording it as 'maybe not appropriate') that they were not. It isn't her fault, that's just how abuse can color our whole outlook.
