Yes, the VA died, and I get people see killing/"retiring" the character as being respectful, so that the character basically stays as "belonging" to the VA, but at the same time... Hardwick clearly supported Dale being in the sequel, since he recorded several episodes, so to get rid of the character would actually be more disrespectful, since it'd go against that, so I imagine they'll figure out a way to keep him going and come up with a story reason for the voice. --- Seplito Nash, Smelling Like the Vault since 1996 Step FOUR!
