The way you said it with (how I interpreted it) insulting tones, made it sound like you were defending them.

If those weren't your intentions, then I apologized for misreading it.

Chappelle Show was 21 years ago, but people in here were commenting on how they STILL find it (along with his earlier stand-ups) funny. And your observation, that you have since doubled down on, was that "it was a different time". It's not a "different time" if they STILL find it funny.
