The individual stories of each chapter are way more interesting in 64 and TTYD. I don't' remember a single thing that happened in caveman land, or space land, or heaven and hell land. SPM has exactly one good chapter, which is the one with the mansion Yes, it's not the overarching plot, it's the characters within it.
