If you had your license previously suspended years ago, and 2 years ago it was "supposed" to be reinstanted, wouldn't you make sure? Not necessarily. Remember how Florida went around arresting as many black people as they can for voting, after telling those people they can vote? What (normal) reason would you have to question when the court or the friend of the court says, "Your license will be reinstated. All cool, bro," that would send you to double check something like that?
