The governor has already said he hopes it gets sued in the hopes it goes to the SC. They overturned a 50 year precedent not only with Roe, however another case when they were ruling in favor of that coach praying on the field after every game. They're making their decisions based off their religious beliefs and making sure they can become law. Yes, it is against the Cons, however they're going to rule that it's not. Cartoon_Quoter posted... Someone has to have the time, the authority, and the will to stop them. And then that someone's boss needs to not say "overruled". The ACLU has already sued. kind9 posted... This sort of shit just infuriates me. Not only a blatant violation of the first amendment, but the fact that so many politicians in this ass backwards country still want to force their bronze age mythology on the rest of us as if it's a foregone conclusion that there's any truth whatsoever in that religion. Not to mention the 10 commandments are utterly worthless. More importantly (related to this case), their justification is that it's essential to our country's founding & laws, however only 2 of the Commandments are even illegal (murder & theft). Most of which, as someone else outlined on page 1, they routinely violate and Trump's broken pretty much every single one. --- My metal band, Ivory King, has 2 songs out now - allmylinks.com/ivorykingtx (all of our links there so you can choose which one you'd prefer to use) ...
