But how can 3/4 people caretake the political views of thousands of planets solely on the basis of race?

Why would a turian living on earth be particularly represented by one turian mcdude who has no relation to that planet and is thinking almost entirely, if not entirely, in terms of benefits of the non-earth hierachy.

These games needed a more realistic political system and at least 4 hours of cutscenes on how ineffective it is.
