DepreceV2 07/10/24 10:14:34 PM #1: | If you were to do 7,000 steps per day and climb 7 floors of steps per day, would that be enough to keep you at a healthy weight if you ate the usual 2000- 2500 calories per day? Im purposely excluding any weight lifting even though that would be include in reality. Im trying to keep it as simple as possible.
