I feel Biden did the right thing...I respect what he did but this is not just about him mumbling, its that just about everyone did not think he would even live to see the end of the term or be mentally competent to do the job.

His record should matter more but the sad fact is that America has made it clear how shallow a nation we are, appearances is all that mattered to most and Biden just looked to weak...and now Harris has to show she does not look as weak or may God help us all.
