This is a bill clearly targeting overseas troops and their families. Honestly I think they should change the system all around but it won't happen because way it is now gets ratings for the news channels. I think it should be radio silence while all states count. Then once every single vote is counted the news just goes down a list announcing which way each state went. When I say radio silence I mean no state reporting who won in their state until every state confirms they are done counting --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ...
