As stated it is to see how you react to surprises. I am not explaining this well, but I remember when I was explaining about how a previous company had these goals and I laughed at it apparently they didn't find it funny. I just said if they didn't meet them I guess they got a little bummed. Apparently that was offensive. --- "A lesser talent couldn't have pulled it off. But I'm willing to bet on BoJack Horseman.
