If I can go to the mountain pass and back without messing anything up, maybe I'll snoop around and break open some NPCs' mortal shells for the XP inside. When I used the elevator last time, I did check if I could go back down, but there's a certain shallowness to that attempt, so maybe I'll keep a spare save, just in case. --- Take me down from the ridge where the summer ends And watch the city spread out just like a jet's flame ...
