Do you live close to an orchard? You could go pick whatever the smallest size they offer. Many orchards will let you eat your fill of apples while youre picking them. Some have grapes right note too.

The short answer is to find cheap (maybe marked down or damaged), calorie rich foods. You dont have to worry too much about nutrition for a week, assuming you can get over the jump, you just need enough calories to make it.
I definitely don't live near an orchard.
