And don't forget to make sure you're getting vitamin B12 enriched foods if you're also limiting other animal products. Plant milks and Nutritional Yeast are what I get my B12 from, as well as a daily multivitamin. I've been vegan for like 6 months now, and have been loving all the new foods I'm trying.
