| TuxedoCyan 09/23/24 12:25:19 PM #37: | I've been walking (and later jogging) every day on a treadmill since 2019. Walking 3.0 mph with 11.5% incline (6.56 angle) for 1/2 mile burns 76 kcal for me. Walking 3.6 mph with 10% incline (5.71 angle) for 1/2 mile burns 67 kcal for me. Jogging 5.6 mph with 1% incline (0.57 angle) for 1/2 mile burns 50 kcal for me.
