It also applies to Christmas gifts, though I guess that little thought never crossed your mind. You have someone who has been saving because they know their loved one really wants to play this game but they don't have a lot of money. So they go to gamestop, its sold out. So they go on Facebook marketplace, craigslist or kijiji only to find out that the copy they could have had is being sold for triple even quadruple the price. It's part of the reason why value stores pricing is all screwed up. They are following Ebay listings of games that should be sold at 20/30 dollars and seeing them listed for 150 and then listing them at their store for that price. No one benefits.

I'd have more respect for you if you kept the games for yourself. At least then I'd know you weren't screwing others over. As for the money bit, we all have money problems. We just find better ways to fix that.
