I'm sure there's some kind of logistical reason or other incentive to keep games in "Early Access", but I still can't help but roll my eyes at a trailer for an update to an "early access" game. That moniker is not generally used the way I perceived it to be intended for on Steam. Most of the gods didn't have art yet, boss cutscenes aren't done yet, and being EA is why Hades 1.0 was so fucking good. They created new weapon types based on player ideas and feedback, like the burst-fire gun for the bow. Supergiant is a small studio and EA gave them funding AND hundreds of thousands of manhours to playtest the absolute shit out of it for 1.0. --- "Look, if I was good at math, I wouldn't be on CE at 2:00 the morning clicking on topics about porn stars ****ing horses." - May 2017, Dash_Harber ...
