I think its one of those things with a kernel of truth to it that then gets taken too far. If you go from having something that fills your time to suddenly having loads of time on your hands, its an adjustment and there may be an adjustment period where you feel off balance. That said, its an adjustment that would be well worth making and would certainly be possible if your situation allowed for it.
