Materials being the same, results would come down to a number of other factors. Speed of the vehicle, construction design and quality, etc

At a glance, given that a wall is typically built for strength and stability and designed not to break under pressure, and given that the vehicle will be comprised of many, many different assembled parts that are built to move, with many gaps and joints essentially compromising the overall build quality with numerous "weak points", I'd say the vehicle would sustain more damage - increasing in severity with rate of speed - and the wall would remain relatively intact unless a certain terminal velocity was attained by the vehicle.

More the former than the latter tbh
