The guy said he changed his name from Jose to Joe on his resume and he suddenly started getting calls. Which doesn't make sense to me because his last name was hernandez... they're still going to know you're Hispanic. I've known plenty of Jose's who don't speak a lick of Spanish. I (asian guy) speak more Spanish than them. They probably think he's a 2nd or 3rd gen. Latino. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
