Im not a huge fan of it. Im only one day a week wfh, which is handy for scheduling things i need to do though. I also work in healthcare but in more administrative work. I prefer to separate home from work and i often need to directly speak to doctors who are hard to comtact when i dont see them in the hallway.

My commute to the hospital isn't bad though, and I'm legit busy most of the work day. So I'm not really able to do much more at home on the clock than just change up laundry rq. So that factors in.
