RasterGraphic 11/25/24 3:26:38 AM #38:	Mint is a great jumping off point and probably the best "easy mode" distro. It has it's problems, but all distros do. Installing proprietary graphics drivers is pretty painless, where as that can be a nightmare on some distros.
