* Coffee came out as trans.
* I was cool and supported them.
* Coffee then eventually came out saying they were no longer trans.
* I told them that I hoped them the best and that they were doing this because they wanted to not-transition.
Eventually, a lot of people jumped on me claiming I was being hateful of them because they figured out they were not trans (Like oh, just let them have this moment, they figured themself out!), to the point my post was docked and I was warned because of it when I was actually being genuine and hoping they weren't being forced to back out.
The board's backlash on me with this caused me to quit coming here for a year. I was pretty pissed that it was being taken as it was. No one was listening to me and I was genuinely concerned it was a family or some sort of forced undoing of one's self.
Now, I just congratulate people coming out and not get involved anymore. It's everyone's own fight and I care no more.
the amount of pretty blatant transphobia on this board in the guise of supporting trans people is honestly kind of unreal.
