I wonder what would happen if the IS did get universal health care and told big pharma they can no longer advertise their drugs on any form of media. The latter is really weird to see. Apparently that's only a thing in the US and New Zealand. I couldn't imagine having all these drugs that 99% of people do not need being shoved in your face on TV and everywhere else. On the odd occasion I'll stream a show live from the US and it gets the ads.
