Just a ramble here.

This to me just feels like Microsoft may be done with competitive consoles. Phil mentioned a while ago that future hardware is viewed more like a pre built budgeted custom PC. Which I guess you can say that's what it's always been. But now with name brands being so widely accepted and massively populated around the world.

I think it comes down to live service model. And in some form or another a big single player game, or something of that fashion. with the demand in profits and marginal increases. Live service models will exist forever, and more single player oriented game could potential send a profit hike in-between. This is all ideal. But its a feeling I've sort of had recently. The only real concern for me is original IP's. While I think will still get them. I worry that they'll come far and few between.
