Topic	I just got an add for Helldivers 2 that said "rated M to AO"

The ESRB doesn't like rating online games because you can't really control what other people are doing, so every game potentially has AO content. I'd assume the implication is that the base game is M, but online interaction can potentially be AO. They do (used to?)
