The only three he didn't commute were Dzokhar Tsarnaev, one of the two Boston bombers Dylan Storm Roof, who shot up the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston Robert Gregory Bowers, the Tree of Life synagogue shooter. As I'm also against the death penalty on principle for the power of the state, I would have no issue with every prisoner just commuted to life in prison. However, these three are particularly horrific, have no doubt as to their guilt and it would not be politically feasible.
