Woke up not feeling great. Slightly nauseous. When I stood up I immediately got dizzy, and my ears started ringing. I went to the bathroom, and I couldn't catch my breath. My vision started blurring, and it was difficult to think straight.

After a few minutes I went to the living room. Both of my hands and feet were numb, I had cold sweats, and almost passed out. I sat down and Mom got me a drink.

After a bit I started recovering. Now I feel mostly fine, but jeez. That was rough. Mom wanted to take me to the hospital.

I've had a similar thing happen twice before. Both within a week 2 years ago. At my cousin's birthday party we went to a trampoline park thing. I went in the foam pit(filled with Styrofoam blocks) and I immediately felt sick. I thought I allergic to the blocks, by the time I got out I was very ill.bi tried to make it to restroom, but I was losing consciousness then. Had to sit and catch my breath for about half an hour. Similar to what happened today but worse.

Then the following week I was helping dad put up hay, and it happened again. Just like the 1st. Much worse than today.

But today is the only that it happened with no physical activity. I literally just got out of bed.
