I wasn't really into the look of Orlok (the original looks scarier imo), but the movie itself looked and sounded great. Freaky stuff. Also saw Trap last weekend - actually kinda liked it! It was the right kind of ridiculous for me. Above average for an M Night movie. I've now seen 10 2024 horror movies! So I can technically do a Top 10: 1) Late Night with the Devil (10/10) 2) The Substance (10/10) 3) Heretic (8/10) 4) Oddity (7/10) 5) Longlegs (7/10) 6) Trap (7/10) 7) Nosferatu (7/10) 8) I Saw the TV Glow (5/10) 9) Starve Acre (5/10) 10) maxXxine (5/10) ....But I'd still like to see Abigail, Speak No Evil, Stopmotion and In a Violent Nature, so I imagine some of the lower ones will get bumped --- azuarc wasn't even home. he was playing Magic the Gathering at his buddy's store, which is extremely easy to verify ...
