IIRC they added dendro ones after the element entered the game.

Anyway for a beginner it's best to wait on dendro reactions. They're a little more complicated, and they need materials that aren't available until you open up more of the map.

That domain is useful but it's best used as a starting point. Do one tutorial, then use a team having the same two elements, and practice using it in the overworld.

The thing is, in Mondstadt and Liyue the enemies are weak so you can get away without using reactions much. But then you'll have trouble when you meet stronger enemies and bosses later on. So practice using reactions against the easy early game enemies.
