But as someone said earlier, that could be up to how easily mail-in voting was in 2020 thanks to COVID. A lot of people were also out of their jobs in 2020 (and thus had time to go vote instead of having to consider whether it was worth missing work to do it). There are multiple reasons having nothing to do with politics at all that could explain that change. I'm glad I asked my question, even though it ended up being stupid.
