i realize that i, too, was being a bit of an 'internet tough guy' here. i would almost never be that aggressive or confrontational towards a retail employee, or anyone else, in person. and even though tone is lost with text, the language i used was unnecessarily confrontational, especially given the intended audience of a retail employee, so i see how i came off more aggressive than i intended.
