| TuxedoCyan 02/02/25 7:09:29 PM #17: | I do 15 min per day 7 days a week. Been at it since Jan 2019. Weights, pushups, ab crunches, walking/jogging on a treadmill. It's made a big difference on my stamina, strength and overall health, even though it's only 15 min a day. I'm 43 years old and I feel like I'm in my 20s. --- Like it or leave it.
