If you're open minded, you'll see that there's no actually true good era. People in every generation thinks their shit is good and the newer gen is shit/doomed. Also, kids are able to have fun with anything. It's not necessarily the product that's amazing, it's their experience that is.

nope, the 90s were the legitimate golden age of video games. it has nothing to do with nostalgia.

that being said, there are plenty of amazing games coming out these days too, not saying only the 90s had good games.

But there is also a lot more trash tier , gacha grade, item shop, in game purchases , overpriced dlc, and a bunch of other crap we never had to deal with in the 90s.

It's almost like games are being produced in factories at this point, just trying to roll out as many as possible regardless of bugs, glitches, or even game being fully completed.
