The vast majority of Congressional Republicans still know better and talk shit behind Trump's back, but there are now plenty of true believers in the echelons of power.

I guess if you want to put things in a scale, he could be grifting 5 percent for power and 95 percent thinks Trump is sent by God to be the divine ruler of America or whatever. The dude is literally a QAnon believer.
