It depends on who you ask some Somalis will say they are Black and others who hang on 4chan type websites and speech hatred like Johnny Somali will say they are technically "Caucasian" and are not Black similar to how Indians are considered Caucasian although they may have melanated skin. They'll even try to brag about allegedly putting other Africans into slavery and use racial slurs and stereotypes to denigrate Black people

So the point is it doesn't make sense to say he's a disgrace to Black people when he doesn't even consider himself to be Black
